The depollution of the Tietê River in Saõ Paulo is the largest environmental remediation project in Brazil
The projects contributing to the success of the program are multiple and essential to improve the quality of life of the citizens of Saõ Paulo. Its objective is the progressive revitalization of the Tietê, an important river that crosses the City of São Paulo, through the expansion and optimization of the collection, transportation system and sewage treatment.
The project's area covers 39 municipalities in the State of São Paulo in an area of 7,945 km², including the municipality of São Paulo. The wastewater generated by 3,7 million inhabitants will be able to be collected and treated.
In order to optimize contract management, an integrated platform has been developed by TPF, as well as a mobile application that facilitates data collection, working both online and offline, and leveraging on dynamic analysis of this data powered by Business Intelligence solutions.
